I am Alex Cowles, born and raised in Marquette, MI. I am a photographer, graphic designer, and community organizer. I graduated in 2018 from Northern Michigan University with a BFA in Art & Design. I serve as Director of Marketing with Marquette Fringe.

Through my work with visual art, performing arts, music, and activism, I aim to help shape Marquette into a culturally rich, diverse, artistic hub of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
